About this ofrenda
An ofrenda is the altar families build for Día de los Muertos, an Indigenous Mexican tradition that UNESCO recognised in 2008, to welcome back the people they have lost. This page borrows only its gratitude. It mourns no one: it thanks people whose code still runs, whatever they are doing now. It is not a Halloween project.
